Park Models

Park models are the largest type of recreational vehicle, and many RV parks and campgrounds rent these furnished, comfortable units. Most can easily accommodate 4 people, and many have lofts or a second bedroom to accommodate even more campers. As with trailer rentals, always check about the amenities and supplies included with the park model.

Camping Cabins

Many campgrounds and RV parks also rent out camping cabins for just about any length of stay. Camping cabins typically are one or two rooms, but some may have a full or half modest bathroom, and generally come with beds, a table and chairs, usually a small porch, and a fire ring and picnic table. Some cabins are equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and all the amenities, and other cabins expect guests to provide their own. Some parks do rent some or all of the necessities to enjoy a camping cabin stay. These cabins are great for new campers, friends of RVers or tenters who do not have their own camping equipment, or those who just prefer not to have to set up a tent.Always check ahead about the amenities and supplies included with the cabin.

On-Site Trailer Rentals

Many parks offer fully-equipped, set up travel trailers for guests to enjoy the RV experience if they don’t own their own rig. These RVs usually accommodate up to 6 people, include full bathroom facilities, and can be rented for any length of stay. Just be sure to check with the park about linens, towels, eating utensils, etc.
